The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the project. Typically, from initial consultation to installation, the process takes about 12 to 16 weeks. We'll provide a more accurate timeline once we understand your specific needs.

A 75% deposit is required to book the survey and commence manufacture. The remaining 25% balance is due on the day of completion. For supply-only orders, the balance must be paid 24 hours before delivery or collection. We accept Visa, Debit Mastercard, and all major credit cards.

Accoya Timber Products: 50-year warranty against wood rot.
Wooden Windows and Door Frames: 5-year guarantee against failure in joints and distortion, provided they are maintained as advised.
UPVC Products: 10-year guarantee, subject to regular maintenance.
Glass Sealed Units: 3-year guarantee for the failure of hermetic seals (non-wipe off condensation between panes).
Locks, Hinges, and Moving Parts: 1-year guarantee, provided regular maintenance is performed by the customer. Please note: Cosmetic deterioration to handles, letter plates, and door handles due to general wear and tear is not covered.

Yes, please note the following:
No guarantee is provided for the elimination of (wipe-off) condensation.
Our warranty does not cover breakage of glass after installation is complete.
Joinery installed in areas where wet trades are operating may be excluded from our guarantee due to potential swelling or failure caused by high humidity and moisture.
We offer no warranty/guarantee on primed-only products, including the breakdown of double-glazed units when supplied in primer only.
We do not guarantee the life of slim line or heritage-style double-glazed units.

If our product is found to have been misused, tampered with, or pre-damaged in any way, the guarantee will be rendered null and void. Any remedial work will be carried out at a pre-arranged fee, payable before any work commences.
